WHAT TYPE OF DISNEY FAN ARE YOU?

There are so many people in this world that say they are Disney fans but I wonder what sort of fan you are?

Here are a list of the types of Disney fan I can think of:

1) The Uber-fan
This is the type of fan that loves every single thing to do with Disney. They can name the opening dates of many of the parks, collect Disneyana and love everything to do with the company. They don’t specify in any specific area and are always see the latest Disney release on the day it comes out. They visit the Disney stores regularly and will check daily on the latest news about anything Disney. They subscribe to newsletters, podcast, Twitter accounts and magazines to do with everything Disney.

2) The Disney specific fan
This fan is the font of all Disney knowledge on one specific area. The can tell you everything you need to know about Disney pins or theme parks or movies. These are the type of fans that could wipe the floor with anyone on Mastermind!!

3) The narrow minded fan
A bit like an arm chair football manager, they think they know best. No matter what Disney do it is never good enough. The company may build the best theme park ever seen or release a movie that takes ever Oscar at the recent ceremony but it still isn’t good enough.

4) The "don’t like to admit it" fan
This fan is the person who puts on a front. I must admit they are usually male and try to act cool in front of their friends. These are the same fans that walk on to Main Street and have a smile plastered all over their faces. They will never admit it, but you just know!

5) The secret fan that gets embarrassed when people find out.
This fan is one of my favourites! You know they are a fan, everyone else knows they are a fan but if you mention it they deny all knowledge of it event though the spare room in their house in full of Disney stuff. Great fun to embarrass on a night at the pub!

6) The Disney fan you just can’t handle
These are the Uber-fan that you just can’t handle. admit, they are rare but they do exist. Uber fans know when to talk about Disney and when to keep quiet. This fan has to talk about Disney ALL the time and will always try and go one up on other Disney fans.

7) The ever suffering fan
I suppose you can call them fans. The ones that accompany others to the park because you wouldn’t want them to go on their own. You aren’t a big fan but you enjoy being there.

8) The casual fan
This fan is someone who enjoys going to the park. They might have a few souvenirs in their house but only as memories from previous trips. They are the type of fan that would get withdrawal symptoms if they didn’t go back every couple of years.

9) The "I will never be a fan" fan
These are the fans that you know would love it in a Disney park if only they gave it a chance. Some of you may have even seen these fans become one of the fans already mentioned above.

10) The Family Fan
This fan enjoys being in the park with their family. They aren’t desperate to get everything done and they are no longer "there for them". They just enjoy seeing the faces of their children as they tour the park each day.

This is by no means an exhaustive list but no doubt you probably fit in to one of them,.............. somewhere!
