Our new local Publix, within walking distance from the villa

The Villa

Our villa has two KING master suites and is perfect for two or extended families, and is laid out with the whole family in mind as the children’s bedrooms are separated by the relaxing family room so when the children call it a night the adults can still enjoy the rest of their evening.

There is a large south facing pool which gets sun all day long with a covered lanai area where you can sit in the shade and enjoy the view of the conservation area, with lake just beyond. The pool is extremely child friendly with a netted safety guard and direct access to one of the master bathrooms (ideal for little ones).

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including cooker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and every utensil you will need.

We have a separate laundry area with washer and dryer, for your convenience and for all the 'big kids' we have a new games room with pool table, safe dart board and plenty of board games including poker.

The Family Room is equipped with a new 32 inch LCD Flat Screen TV with digital cable, DVD, ipod docking station, and Playstation 2. We have also installed a new computer with 21inch monitor + FREE high speed internet, to keep you in touch with home! We have also added a laser printer, so you can print off any discount coupons for shopping and golf

Each master suite has a new luxury KING bed with deep filled pillow topped mattresses, a wall mounted LCD TV, full bathroom, walk in wardrobe, hairdryer and straighteners. Master suite 1 also has a dvd and video player.

There are a further three bedrooms:
QUEEN with TV, video player and hairdryer
Two twin rooms with Disney TV & DVD, and more unusual features like a talking Mickey Mouse lamp, and animated Disney toys

Location

Our villa is located directly south of WDW, in a very elegant area, just off Lake Wilson Road, and is less than 2 miles from junction 58 of the I4.
Lake Wilson Road is a quieter road than other more well known community roads around, and this can be a 'god send' when getting to WDW in peak seasons. We are genuinely less than 10 minutes away from the Magic!

The Reserve at Town Center

As the name suggests,The Reserve @ Town Center Resort is a small, exclusive, gated community. The 94 villas that make up The Reserve are finished in soft pastel colours, and the roads are lined with palm trees, to create that holiday feeling immediately you drive through the imposing gates. This, together with the palm tree lined roads and colourful shrubs, create a relaxing Caribbean holiday feeling.

This small gated community is very safe for young families. It has only two roads so there is very little traffic. The steets are brightly lit by a combination of street lights and the glow from the lantern style lights mounted on every home.

The community is set in a conservation area and is built along the banks of a beautiful lake and around a natural pond. Most homes back on to water or conservation, ensuring maximum privacy and relaxation.

The Reserve is situated less than 10 minutes from Disney, with easy access via Lake Wilson Road or the I4 and is just a few minutes from a large Publix supermarket, shops and restaurants. A new flagship Publix is set to open in July 08, along with several restaurant and retail stores within the new elegant Ovation Retail Park, which is situated less than a mile from the community.

The Reserve is ideally placed for all the superb 70+ golf courses around the Orlando area and is on the doorstep of the championship courses at Champions Gate and Reunion.

The famous theme parks and attractions are just a short drive away and yet The Reserve is located in the most tranquil of settings.

So, whether you want to sit by the pool and soak up the Florida sunshine or watch those famous sunsets, sample all the delights of Disney and Orlando's other attractions, or golf until you drop, our villas provide the perfect setting for a fabulous holiday!

Local Supermarkets/Restaurants

Within a two mile radius of the home you will find the Champions Gate Plaza with a Publix grocery store, Walgreens pharmacy and other conveniences to meet your vacation needs. There are several restaurants including Chilis, La Crepe, Pepperoni, Zen, Subway, McDonalds and China One. 

(The new Ovation Retail Mall (less than a mile away) will be completed by summer 08. It will include a flagship Publix, several restaurants, shops, a bank and gas station )
